Brand-new superior queen room was cozy. The beds were comfortable, view over city was exceptionally good. The location was convenient for me, near the shopping complex.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. the prices were extremely reasonable for what you get, which was great value for money. Secondly, the hotel attention to detail was impressive and I really appreciated it. Additionally, the location was superb as it was very much outside of the city area and located near a prestigious area with shopping mall. Lastly, the staff were exceptional from the front desk to housekeeping- they made me feel right at home. I stayed in a room on level 9 with a single bed and a bathtub and it was perfect. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Had good stay by 2 nights, the staff were very friendly, location was easy to get taxis. The room I stayed in was good standard and brand-new on level 9. Location: the hotel was just off the restaurant, the shopping mall and the shopping complex. Ate at Khunthai Restaurant, it's relatively near the venue.

The location, slightly outside of the city area but near a prestigious area with a shopping mall, offers a peaceful and convenient stay. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making sure that basic amenities are well-provided. The rooms, especially the single bed rooms on level 9, are comfortable and even come with a bathtub. The breakfast spread is also satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The breakfast at Crystal Crown Hotel was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the nasi lemak and chicken curry. Checking in was a breeze, even though I arrived late. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My Easter holiday stay was overall enjoyable. The breakfast was really impressive, I especially liked the variety and freshness of the pastries and bread. , the location of the hotel was perfect - it was easy to get to the main tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. Another great aspect of this hotel was the helpful and polite staff - they assisted with everything I needed.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom, and the towels were a bit threadbare. the walls were thin, and I could hear the noises from the neighboring rooms, which disturbed my sleep.

The hotel offers complementary breakfast and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Its location near a shopping mall and food stalls made it easy to grab a quick meal or go shopping.

The room cleanliness needs improvement as there were cockroaches, the toilet spray jet was below standard, and the TV channels were not clear. the electricity tripped twice and WiFi was not good.

Delicious breakfast, easy check-in, comfortable bed, clean room, extended stay.

The hotel is located in the Northern KL area, next to a small shopping mall. You can find some good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room is spacious and well-maintained, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom is clean and decently equipped with all the essentials. the staff is prompt and attentive, always willing to help out.

The noise from the highway in front of the hotel can be quite disturbing at times.
